The cartitems table that gets autogenerated needs much better styling imho and the ability to customize what the text, CTA, and TD, TRs, and table look like.  
The cta copy is too small and gets lost, the product title needs to be bigger and bolder too and vertically centered in the TD.
The problem is that gmail (which accounts for 25% of users) and other clients strip out css left in head of document and only honor inlined CSS.
We can't inline styles for that table inside your editor currently.
The fix is to use a settings panel similar to what other email marketing tools use to allow their users to customize look and feel of their emails.

Noah Learner: Thanks for the thought out feedback here! Our new editor will have a couple display options for the cart items section and we are looking into the ability to make the cart items section fully customizable via some special looping markup code. We'll keep you posted!
