Ability to send entire email sequence whether it be two or three emails. Currently, if abandoned customer clicks on 1st email they will never receive 2nd email which most often times contains an offer/discount. This results in lost sales or adding offer to 1st email, neither of which are good options.

Huh, I find the opposite problem. My customers are receiving the 2nd and 3rd emails even AFTER they purchase. Maybe I have a setting wrong?

I thought it only stopped the 2nd email if they completed an order? If that's the case, you don't want the 2nd email being sent. Or is there a way to stop the sequence whenever they open an email?

Ballistic Agency: I wish the 2nd email only stopped if the customer completed an order. That's the way most abandoned cart recovery programs work. However, Cartstack prefers to throttle the email sequence which can lead to customers not receiving the 2nd and 3rd emails. They say they have it set up this way to prevent your customers from receiving too many emails in a 30 day period.
